You will receive email delivery notifications (within 24hours) when your order has been dispatched from Australia Post, onboard with the driver for delivery, and has been delivered (or attempted delivery). To guarantee bulk order deliveries of 5+ items, a signature will be required on delivery.

The Australia Post delivery network covers most addresses within Australia. Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. Find out what areas are included in the Express Post next business day delivery network. Lookup your postcode by scrolling down to Express Post delivery postcodes. If you can’t find your postcode then your Express Post delivery may take 2 business days instead of 1. Please contact us if you have not received your delivery in the expected timeframe.
Direct delivery to your nearest Post Office
Parcel Collect gives you the option of delivering your package to a Post Office closest to your home, school or work. You’ll also receive email and SMS notifications when your parcel arrives. Simply sign up with Australia Post and nominate your own set of Parcel Collect addresses. Use one of these addresses for the shipping address of your Trackteam order. Easy!
